Pura d’or is 100% Cruelty Free. There is absolutely NO animal testing on any of our products.
International consumers must pay all customs and duties with the receiving country. PURA D'OR will not be responsible for customs and duty fees. Any returns due to customs and duties will be refunded minus the shipping and handling costs. We recommend you speak to your local post office and ask how they determine the prices.
You may be charged for customs tax when receiving the product. We do not have a set fee; as it is different per each country.
Domestic Orders: Here at PURA D'OR we offer fast free shipping. The products are shipped out of our warehouses within 2 business days. After being shipped, expect to receive your package 3-5 business days later.

International Orders: We will not be able to give you an exact date for international orders. It depends on how fast the customs in your country clears the package. It can take anywhere from 1 day to 1 month for customs to clear a package. You can track daily updates on the link provided by the carrier.

All our products are free of harsh chemicals. It is free of SLS (all forms of sulfates), parabens, glutens, artificial fragrances & chemical dyes.
The effects of the treatments will start to fade as nutrients and vitamins are no longer provided. For best results, continued usage is encouraged.
